First of all I am going to start with what brought me into this dentist office. My insurance had me assigned to a different location but the reviews were not what I was looking for. I did some research and found this Dental office and read the reviews and I said I think this is the place. I want to thank the staff for being such an amazing help over the phone and in person. Karen was so resourceful and helped me schedule my kids over the phone and also instructed me to call my ins to change my facility location. Thank you for also helping me with accommodating my payment plans to something I can afford without breaking the bank lol. Thank you. Dr. Romero for being amazing with my daughter's care and explaining everything and taking into consideration my daughter and how she would feel and what the care plan would be. Jeanette was also amazing, she also explained the process and let me stay in the room just so that my daughter could feel comfortable for her treatment while Dr. Romero did the anesthesia.. The gentlemen at the front desk was so courteous and greeted us with a smile and friendliness. The entire staff is amazing. Also Dr. Ryad who removed 6 year old tooth who already had one growing behind it.. I am very pleased with my visit today.
